Combat: Ground Zero 2-24-2023
-Ground Zero
As the television feed flickers on the screen is filled with black and white images of marching soldiers. The only color on the screen is the small Combat logo in the bottom middle of the screen. As the soldiers continue to march the slow intro of War Pigs by Black Sabbath starts to play in the background. Eventually as the beat picks up we see the images of the soldiers start to flash faster and faster while in there we see pictures of Combat stars in action. Caleb Scott, PG-13, TJ Alexander, Crush, and many others are seen as the images continue to flash between the soldiers of war and the combatants of IIW.
Generals gathered in their masses
Just like witches at black masses
Evil minds that plot destruction
Sorcerer of death’s construction
The action from both sides pick up greatly as footage blast into color now and the soldiers begin shooting, firing and taking cover while the wrestlers are now being shown giving out big bumps and slams as well as other high impact moves. Eventually the camera begins to pull out as we get an aerial view of what would appear to be Charlotte, North Carolina after a few minutes there is a large mushroom cloud center in North Carolina and as the smoke clears away it is replaced with a logo.

The view now shifts to the capacity audience at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina screaming and cheering as the camera pans and settles on our ringside commentary team of Arthur B. Glass and Alexander Higgins.
Higgins: Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to Combat, Welcome to GROUND ZERO!!! I am here with my broadcast colleague the impeccable Arthur B. Glass!
As Higgins mentions his name we see Arthur Glass take a little bow before Higgins continues.
Higgins: And boy do we have a line up for you tonight! It has been over two months since the creation of Combat was announced on X-Plosion and since then we have had an incredible ride. Crowning our first Global Champion in Siege Perilous a month ago and TONIGHT things begin to come to a boil at our first Super Card GROUND ZERO!!
The Screen flashes a graphic with some of the marquee matches listed across it.

Glass: That incredible ride has turned Combat into a ticking time bomb, with men waiting to get at each other’s throats and prove their dominance here on Combat!
Higgins: And two of those men are set to start us off tonight and POSSIBLY close us out as well. As TJ Alexander tries to settle a score with the Global & Television Champion Caleb Scott. In our first match tonight they face each other with the Television Title on the line! If he manages to win that tonight in our main event the two will face again, this time the big one, THE GLOBAL Championship will be on the line!
Glass: I think everyone is tired of hearing us talk, Alex. Let’s get to the ring. We got a lot of ground to cover tonight in our special 3 HOUR long Ground Zero! And it’s starting NOW!

The camera quickly shifts to the middle of the ring where we see Charity Langston dressed up for the night in platform heels and a short skirt. She lets off a big white smile as she starts.
Charity: Ladies and Gentlemen our next bout is for the FNC TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP!!
The fans in the arena let out a loud pop as she pauses for them to calm down before she continues.
Charity: First coming to the ring, he is the current and DEFENDING FNC Television and Global Champion! He hails from St. Cloud, Minnesota and stands at 6 foot even weighing 190 pounds, he is the Granite City Sadist, CALEB SCOTT!!
Lights go black as Ze Nigmar plays. Caleb’s four hooded drudges come out with torches on stage and line up two on either side of the ramp. Lights stay off as the song intro plays. Once the drums in the song start, a single beam of light from above the ring shoots to the stage as Caleb Scott walks into the light amidst a layer of thick fog. The television title hoisted firmly on one shoulder while the Global title is secure around his waist he is holding his chain-wrapped bat, Caleb stands there for a few seconds looking at the crowd. Caleb begins to slowly walk to the ring as a short row of fire ignites on either side of the entrance ramp.
Glass: There is our champion! And boy is he sporting a lot of gold! Tonight TJ Alexander is looking for an uphill challenge as Caleb has been able to beat him EVERY time the two have faced in any match.
Higgins: Caleb retained the TV title in December on X-plosion against Alexander, Caleb then went on to win the Global title in Siege Perilous which TJ was in, then pinned him through very nefarious means on last combat in a tag team match so this is TJ’s chance to get that monkey off his back and if he can do it twice he ruins everything Caleb has been building and takes home ALL the gold.
Caleb begins to make his way down the ramp as 3 of the drudges vanish into the back, the fourth however turns around at the last minute and lingers at the top of the ramp for a minute as the torch slowly goes off he charges down the ramp and slams it into the back of the unexpecting Caleb Scott.
Glass: Wait what on earth is this? His drudges are turning on him…
Higgins: I have no idea what is going on but you can tell the champ wasn’t expecting this attack!
The lights return to normal as the Drudge continues to hit Caleb in the back about half a dozen more times. Caleb drops to the ground dropping the belt off his shoulder and the bat out of his hand. The drudge goes over and picks up the belt and stares at it a few seconds before slamming it up against the head of Caleb. He then rolls Caleb into the ring under the bottom rope as Charity, confused by what is going on, quickly makes her exit for her own safety. The drudge then climbs from the apron to the top rope once on top he comes off with a gorgeous 450 splash hitting the champ hard he kips up and takes down his hood to reveal TJ Alexander. He points to the confused ref who takes a second to figure out what is going on before signaling for the bell.
***Ding, Ding***
Higgins: How long has TJ been laying in wait to get this jump attack on Caleb? Could he have just ended this before it ever started?! Half a dozen stiff torch blows, a shot to the head with the belt and now a 450 and the bell JUST rang!
Glass: This is the smartest thing I have ever seen TJ do, honestly I respect him right now more than ever. It has been week after week that Caleb has beat him by hook or crook. Caleb does whatever it takes to win and this is the first time it seems TJ realized he has to play by a different set of rules if he wants to win this war! Making this match short and potentially hurting Caleb is the best shot he has of walking away with two titles tonight!
TJ Alexander doesn’t hesitate to keep up the offense after the bell rings he pulls Caleb up to his feet and sets him up for the KKD (Kidd Krazy Driver – One Winged Angel) he takes a few seconds as the fans are going crazy chanting “TJ, TJ, TJ” once he has him in position he drives him down to the mat and hooks the leg for a pin.
.1,
..2,
.. KICK OUT!!
Glass: And that was almost history! TJ has a plan and by god he seems determined to walk away draped in gold tonight!
Higgins: Not to side with the devil but Caleb isn’t holding two belts by mistake, TJ will need to do more than that to put him away still if anyone can do it I believe TJ may be that man!
TJ takes a deep breath as he gets back up and bouncing off the ropes hitting a springboard moonsault right onto Caleb and once again trying for a pin.
.1,
..2,
… KICK OUT!
TJ slams his fist into the mat a couple of times he pulls himself up and signals to the fans that he is going to end this already. The fans let out a giant pop as he drags Caleb up and kicks him in the gut getting ready for ‘The Game over’ but before he can lift him Caleb reaches out and grabs the rope, the ref goes to tell him to let him go and as he does Caleb doesn’t hesitate to hit a low blow that the ref doesn’t see but sends TJ to the ground in pain. Still Caleb is hurt as he drops down to one knee still holding onto the middle rope for support.
Glass: The great equalizer! Again something that I said before TJ has to take it to a different level because Caleb will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to win and hold on to his titles and the success that he has had here on Combat!
Higgins: I would like to see just one match where Caleb Scott didn’t stoop to such low means but you’re right it are these tactics that make him the unstoppable force here on Combat and it is also why you will have to pry those belts from his cold dead hands if anyone ever wants them!
Caleb takes a moment to get his breath before pulling himself to his feet and automatically starts giving the boots to TJ as he’s down, after a few hard stomps he drops down and begins blatantly choking him. The ref goes to make him break which Caleb ignores and prompts the ref to start the mandatory 5 count. As the ref counts you can get a close up of Caleb’s face as he shouts at TJ
Caleb: YOU ARE NOTHING! YOU WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING YOU MISERABLE WASTE OF BREATH!
Once the ref gets to four he releases the choke and stands up dragging TJ up with him. He sets him up for a vertical suplex and lefts him high before landing hard with his signature ‘Reaper’s Reach’ (powerbomb variation) and hooking a leg for a pin.
.1,
.. KICK OUT!!
Caleb slams his hand on the mat and shouts at the ref demanding he count faster. As he does this he goes to pull TJ up but TJ sends a few elbows into the gut of Caleb breaking his grip for a second. TJ then gets to his feet and goes to Irish whip Caleb sending him against the ropes. As Caleb comes off however he manages to duck the attempted clotheslines and bounce off the far ropes before catching an unexpecting tj with ‘Grim Death’ (running knee strike) as he does blood flies from the head of TJ and Caleb goes for a quick pin.
.1,
..2,
… KICK OUT!!
Glass: That knee is so vicious, rumor is he loads his knee pad with a steel plate! Every time he hits someone with it he manages to bust them up and cause some serious damage!
Higgins: I wouldn’t put it past him! But regardless of why Caleb has had a lot of success setting up people to be put away with his Grim Death knee!
The boos from the crowd are starting to roll in now as Caleb calls for his finish. He grabs up the bloody TJ Alexander and positions him for his ‘Grave Plot’ (Alabama slam) Finisher but as he goes to lift him TJ seems to come alive and sends a series of knees into the side of the champ’s head. Once in control he quickly hooks Caleb’s arms and lifts him up off the ground. As he does the fans erupt in cheers as he hits ‘The Gameover’ onto the champ dead in the middle of the ring. Bloody and Exhausted he still manages to hook a leg as he goes for a pin.

***Ding, Ding**
Charity: Your Winner and New Television Champion AND Number one Contender for the Global title Later tonight! T J ALEXANDER!!!!!
The fans are cheering so loud that his music can’t even be heard as the title is handed to him, he however doesn’t look satisfied, his eyes still locked on Caleb and his Global Title. You can see him mouth that “he’s coming for that one next,”. Caleb who is just getting up and getting his Global Title looks furious at what just happened.
Higgins: HE DID IT, By god he did it! Caleb Scott just got his first lost on Combat and it was at the hands of TJ ALEXANDER! OUR NEW Television Champion!
Glass: He sure as hell did! But can he keep it up TONIGHT as these two have their Rubber match the same night as match 2! And this one is for the big one! He has to have an advantage at this point at least mentally! Both men took a hell of a beating but he came out with the win, right now I guarantee he is living in Caleb’s head rent free he just has to use this momentum to bring it home tonight and the ENTIRE landscape of Combat changes.
Higgins: I am getting word from the back that something is going on OUTSIDE of the building. We got a team heading there now to see if we can catch a glimpse of the action.
-More than a Fan
(featuring Sean Raines)
The camera switches to the parking lot and we see a line of security headed up by the Head of Security, the massive Carson Dunn and Kalvin Dayspring. They seem to be positioned at the entrances to prevent anyone ‘uninvited’ to get inside. Right as we enter the scene we hear the voice of the familiar Sean Raines coming from out of shot.
Raines: This is a hell of a welcome party, are we supposed to shake hands or kick ass? Fair warning my hand is a little sore so I’d much rather put my boots to work.
Finally we see Sean Raines in the scene standing a few feet across from Kalvin.
Kalvin: This isn’t a Joke Sean, we have given you ample opportunity to join up our roster. Despite this all you have done is disrespect us and injure our workers. After last week when you decided to put your hands on a member of the backstage staff we have had enough. You can turn around now or I will call the authorities and have you hauled off to jail.
Raines tosses his hands up as if telling Kalvin to calm down before speaking again.
Raines: Reel it in buddy, that is no way to talk to your newest Combatant is it..
He pulls the contract that was shown in the Edition of Byrd’s Eye view out of his back pocket and holds it in the air for them to read.
Raines: I also got a match tonight so I would like it if you got your goons out of the way so I can do my fucking job.
He then leans in real close and speaks barely above a whisper.
Raines: And you might want to tell that big dumb mother fucker Andre Cash that I am going to beat his fucking brains in tonight, and this time I’m getting paid for it.
He pulls back and slaps the contract on the chest of Dayspring, passing it to him in the process.
Raines: Told you I was Combat’s number one fan, no go to your office and pretend to work like the rest of the suits in this place does and let the real men get you some ratings.
Dayspring grits his teeth as he reads over the contract quickly then turns to the security nodding his head so they move to the side. Raines saunters in with a cocky grin on his face as we switch back to ringside.

The view switches back to ringside with our commentators Glass & Higgins.
Glass: Well it looks like we have a brand new member of the roster, suddenly I fear for my own safety.
Higgins: Well at least they can fire him now if he gets out of hand, not that it will do much good. A problem i guess we will have to deal with if it happens.
Glass: WHEN it happens, Sean Raines is a loose cannon he’s came out and said he does what he wants. Still lets move up what’s up next?
Higgins: Up next we have Kincaid vs Chambers! Kincaid just returning to action after making some big promises last week against a fresh young talent in Gavin Chambers. It’s bound to be an exciting match.
Glass: For once we are in agreement. Let’s get the show back on track!
The View switches to Charity Langston as she makes her match announcements.
Charity: First coming to the ring, ALEX KINCAID!!
“Storm Eagle” by Leaf XCEED hits and we see Alex Kincaid make his way to the ring.
Charity: His opponent for the night, Gavin Chambers!!
“Envy” by Twistid ft Ice Nine Kills plays and we see Gavin Chambers make his way to the ring. Once the two men are in the ring, the ref calls for the bell and the match is under way!
***Ding, Ding***
Chambers quickly catches Kincaid with a running clothesline sending Kincaid down to the mat. Kincaid looks a little shaken up but he finally manages to get to his feet and the two men once again lock up. Kincaid get a slight advantage as he goes to pick Chambers up but Chambers manages to power out of the bearhug with relative ease as he makes sure to grab Kincaid by the head and delivers a reverse ddt to him that sends Kincaid down to the mat.
Higgins: I was really trying to root for Kincaid here a little bit so that both men seem prepared for the match but it seems Chambers is in a taking no prisoners mood and it seems that Kincaid is going to experience that first hand.
Glass: Well everyone should know just about what it is that they sign up for when they enter not only IIW but Combat or Mayhem either one. We prove to be the best of the best all of the time.
As the two continue talking we see that Chambers has remained in control of the match the entire time as grabs Kincaid and hits him with a fall away slam. The crowd goes a little wild.
Glass: They seem to love Chambers and who can blame them with the display that he is putting on at the moment.
Higgins: I would love to argue with you but I can’t argue sound logic.
Kincaid is completely dazed as Chambers seems to have kincaid’s every move telegraphed and has kincaid directly in his sights. None the less as Kincaid turns around, Chambers sets up for and perfectly executes the “Hourglass!”
Glass: Chambers just hit the Hourglass, is this the end for Kincaid?
Higgins: Let’s see.
.1,
..2,
.. KICK OUT!!
Glass: Damn that was close!
Kincaid has finally managed to gather some offense as he begins to hit a flurry of punches on Chambers, finally knocking Chambers off of his feet. Kincaid is perhaps desperate to end this match quick as we see him try to execute The Bahamut, but Chambers is just too quick for him as Chambers reverses and hits the T-dot drop on Kincaid.
Higgins: Kincaid is trying folks but it seems like every time he seems to get a little steam Chambers is there to knock his whole plan out of whack.
Glass: It seems so but it does not mean that the fighting spirit that seems to be in Kincaid will ever die though I can not say that seems to be doing him very much good right now.
Higgins: The intensity in the air seems to get thicker as the crowd now seems really into the match. It’s not always about the people who are known on combat but the new comers as well which is why Combat does their very best every week to showcase everyone’s talent if we are able!
Chambers could possibly choose to finish Kincaid right now, but he wants to send a message. Kincaid is just about done as we see Chambers drag Kincaid to the middle of the ring.
Glass: Come on Kincaid, you can move!
Higgins simply laughs a little bit.
Higgins: No idea if he can hear you or not, but no matter.
Chambers has Kincaid in the middle of the ring and climbs up on the top rope. He looks back for only a second before executing the Sleeping State as he goes for the cover and the ref counts.
.1,

***Ding, Ding***
Charity: Your winner by Pin fall, Gavin Chambers!!
Glass: Gavin Chambers picks up a win in his debut match and makes it that much harder for Kincaid to keep up all those promises he made last week.
Higgins: He sure did, but right now I think Ally is trying to get a world with our FORMER Television Champion in the back lets see what he has to say!
-Not Acceptable
(Featuring Caleb Scott)
The view cuts to the back where Ally Anderson is seen, with a microphone in hand, heading down a corridor of the Spectrum Center. She motions for the camera to follow as she starts to hustle towards a commotion. The sound of destruction is heard in the distance until she finally reaches a door that reads “Caleb Scott.” She stands outside and listens briefly before knocking. Almost immediately the door flies open with Caleb getting right up to Ally’s face as she worriedly looks at the camera then back to Caleb.
Scott: Can I help you, Ally?
Ally: Sorry to interrupt but I was just wondering if you had any words on your Television Championship match against TJ and how you’re preparing going into the Global Championship match later tonight?
Caleb takes a deep breath before answering.
Scott: Any words? Well I just lost my Television Championship to that dolt, TJ Alexander so I’m not too pleased with how the night is going so far. I’m also pretty sure the entire arena can hear how I’m preparing for the Global title match.
Ally, looking apprehensive, continues to ask Caleb questions.
Ally: How confident are you going into that match after losing your Television title and the possibility of TJ taking both of your championships tonight.
Scott: Well, I think the Television Championship will be vacant come next Combat because I am going to put TJ in the hospital for the foreseeable future after what he did out there. This is far from over. I’m done answering questions.
Caleb shoves the camera away as Ally backs up. Slamming the door before continuing to destroy the room. The view cuts back to ringside with Glass and Higgins.
Glass: Well I guess it’s clear the CHAMP is pissed at the moment! I can’t say I blame him after the opener tonight put him in double duty.
Higgins: Hold that thought ABG I got news something else is going on back stage lets see if we can catch it!
-Getting what he deserves!
(featuring Sebastian Hamilton)
We once again move to the back where we see the Hardcore Champion Sebastian Hamilton push open the door to Dayspring’s office without even a knock. The camera follows him as a shocked Dayspring looks up from paper work and sighs.
Kalvin: What are you doing here Sebastian? Don’t you got some friends to go play Judge Judy with?
Sebastian lets out a big smirk as he speaks, tossing the hardcore title on the desk in front of Kalvin.
Kalvin: What’s this about?
Sebastian: I am exercising my right to trade in the Hardcore title for a shot at the FNC Global Championship!
Kalvin’s face looks completely annoyed as he sighs again.
Kalvin: You know that’s not how that works Sebastian. You can trade the title for a shot at the Uprising title but that’s only after you have defended it five times. Sebastian, you have never put that title on the line.
Sebastian: First off if you run around giving no Talent bums like TJ Alexander shots at the bloody title then why on earth wouldn’t I be worthy. As far as defending it goes, everyone is too scared to challenge me for the bloody thing!
Kalvin: That’s not my problem. But you know what, I can help you with that problem.. Tonight you are scheduled for a bit of a hectic 6 man match up. What if we turned it into a gauntlet match and put that title up for grabs in each wave. If my match is correct that would equal five guys in one night then if you survive it you can turn in your title for a shot at Theater of War!
Sebastian: For the Global title?
Kalvin: No, the Uprising title.
Sebastian: Find Dayspring, but when I do this I will keep my hardcore title and take the uprising for myself as well. Hell, I might even go for your little TV title and then the Global Title!
Kalvin: It’s only fair I let Caleb defend both his titles, so yea if you win this gauntlet you will defend your Hardcore title against whoever the Uprising Champion is at Theater of War in a winner take all match. Just make sure your ready to be a double champion you can ask Caleb it’s not an easy job.
Sebastian: How many times do I have to tell you, I’m not bloody Caleb Scott, TJ Alexander or any of the other schmucks you keep pushing on these ignorant fans. I am Sebastian Hamilton and I’m simply better and now that the Nightmare Court has formed it is time to show them who the law is!
Sebastian turns and slams the door behind him as the view switches back to ringside once again.

As we return to ringside Vengo Por Ti by Def Rebel hits and we see Aaliyah Landerson make her way to the ring.
Higgins: Off of that incredible announcement about tonight’s hardcore match we are right into our next match that features one of Hamilton’s stable matches Shante’ Waverly!
Glass: That’s right and It’s on tonight Higgins. It’s no secret that these two women do not have a taste for one another at all.
Mutiny by Neoni hits as we see Shante’ make her way to the ring and the bell rings as the two women are in the ring signaling the start of the match.
***Ding, Ding***
Higgins: Landerson with the quick lock up to Shante, pushing Shante against the ropes and then pulling herself away. These two ladies have a lot of animosity starting to brew between them. It all started with a tag match and has only escalated from there up.
Glass: All true but you know our saying here on combat, everyone works their problems out in the ring.
Aaliyah grabs Shante and sends her into the corner where she hits a slingshot splash on Shante. It seems Shante is dazed and just a little confused about where she is as we see Aaliyah grab Shante’ once again but Shante reverses and sends Aaliyah down to the mat with a kick to the face.
Glass: I love the darkness that is Shante. I mean most people would be scared of her but I’m not.
Higgins: That’s because I think you always like the evil ones, none the less it looks like Aaliyah took that kick pretty hard.
We see Shante now grabbing Aaliyah up by the head of her hair and she proceeds to talk much crap to her but Aaliyah reaches back and hits Shante and as Shante stands in disbelief, Aayliah bounces off of the ropes and lands a spinning heel kick on Shante and goes for the cover as the ref counts.
1.
Glass: Shante kicks out swiftly and we can see a little of the frustration as it starts to build on Aaliyah’s face.
She goes to pick up Shante’ but we see Shante’ hit Aaliyah right in the midsection with a couple of back elbows as she gets to her feet. Shante then leans down and bites on Aaliyah’s ear as she Irish whips her up against the ropes. As Aaliyah is coming back she slides under, sending Shante’ off guard and catches Shante with a dropkick from behind.
Higgins: Just what I love to see, a good match. See I tried to tell you here, everyone is built different.
Shante gets to her feet and goes running at Aaliyah with a clothesline, but before Aaliyah’s body can go over the rope Shante’ grabs Aaliyah and picks her up and delivers a body slam. Shante then goes for the cover but only gets a count of 1 as we see Aaliyah kick out.
Glass: Damn it! Why won’t Landerson stay down?
Higgins: The fight is strong within the Landerson family, that is all that we can say about it.
None the less we see Shante’ pick Aaliyah up and puts her in the Amulet of Myst but she does not tap. Shante finally just lets Aaliyah out of the hold by forcefully slamming her down to the ground and begins to stomp on her, but Aaliyah manages to grab Shante’s foot and pulls her down. Aaliyah climbs to the top rope and delivers a top rope takedown to Shante and goes for the cover but only gets a count of 2!
Aaliyah goes to pick Shante up but Shante’ once again elbows her and this time is able to capture Aaliyah into the Cauldron’s Bubble! Aaliyah has no choice but to tap out as Shante’ tightens the hold and finally lets her go, as Shante is declared the winner via submission and her hand is raised.
***Ding, Ding***
Charity: Your winner by submission, Shante’ Waverly!!
-Hixx the Hero
(featuring Latoya Hixx, Shante Waverly, & Aaliyah Landerson)
Shante’ takes a moment from her celebration and looks down at Aaliyah, she motions for the mic and begins to speak.
Shante: As Judge, Jury and Executioner of the Nightmare Court, I find you Aaliyah Landerson guilty of Pride, thinking you could get in the ring with ME! Your sentence, Death!
With that she puts the boots to Aaliyah and quickly places the Cauldron’s Bubble back on Aaliyah. She screams in pain as the ref tries to pull her off Shante refuses to release the hold. The fans go from booing to a loud pop of cheers as Latoya Hixx is seen coming down the ramp and sliding in the ring. As she does however Shante’ manages to see her coming, releasing the hold and sliding out under the bottom rope. The two lock eyes as Hixx checks on Aaliyah and Shante exits down the ramp.
Higgins: It would appear that Shante’ isn’t making many friends in the back, but its a good thing for Aaliyah that Latoya was there!
Glass: Honestly I don’t think the Nightmare Court cares much about friends!
Higgins: Me either, well I am getting word that we are going to try to get word from Alex Kincaid after his return match tonight. Let’s take it to the back!
-Welcome back!
(featuring Alex Kincaid, Sean Raines)
We head to the back as we see Alex Kincaid walking down the corridor towards the interview area where we can only assume Ally awaits him. As he goes to turn a corner however he bumps into none other than Sean Raines who happens to have a cup of coffee in his hand. When they bump the coffee flies all over Raines and he grits his teeth looking at Kincaid.
Raines: ..
Raines looks down and back up at Kincaid before sending large right hand into Kincaid’s head sending him hard again the wall Raines continues his assault on the returning Kincaid. Kincaid slumps to a sitting position from the attack as Raines continues this time switching to boots stomping on him. You can hear some one in the back shouting for security. Raines pauses and smiles picking up the fallen Kincaid and sends him head first through the wall. As the medical staff shows up to pull Kincaid out of the wall Raines calmly walks away.
Raines: Sorry Can’t stay, I need another cup of coffee before my ‘BIG’ return match!
Raines can be heard chuckling as the view switches back to ringside as Higgins and Glass look a big stunned after watching what just happened back stage.

Glass: I hate to say I told you so, but it doesn’t matter if he’s under contract or some random rabid fan this roster is NOT safe with Sean Raines roaming around.
Higgins: Well we need to keep our heads on a swivel because if he come’s this way I am running for the nearest exit.
Glass: I will gone before you can even process the thought, and don’t think I will not push you down to save my own hide!
Higgins: Just keep your eyes open ABG we got a show to get to!
Glass: That’s right this is going to be a good one! when one of my favorite stars, the HIGH JUDGE of the Nightmare Court, Sebastian Hamilton attempts to earn a Uprising Title shot by defending his Hardcore title 5 TIMES in one night!
Higgins: Well it looks like Eddie Charisma is in the match ready to get this show on the road! Lets get to Charity for the Champ’s entrance.
The view switches to the ring as Charity begins to speak.
Charity: Currently in the ring the first entrant in the Hardcore Title Gauntlet, EDDIE CHARISMA!!
The fans let out a loud pop as Eddie holds up his hands and she continues.
Charity: Next, coming to the ring to defend his HARDCORE TITLE, hailing from LONDON, ENGLAND he is Sebastian Hamilton!
The lights dim ever so slightly and “When the man comes down” by Robert J. Walsh hits the speaker system. Sebastian Hamilton steps out from behind the curtain dressed head to toe in formal attire consisting of a three piece suit, with tie and a long thick black tweed coat and just stops at the top of the ramp, his brothers Edward and Benjamin stood behind him.
The three men make their way down the aisle, fixated on the ring and who the next victim of the Establishment is going to be. Sebastian steps methodically up the ring steps, climbs through the ropes removing the coat, which he hands to one of his brothers before undoing his tie and removing his shirt, the ref checks with both men then signals for the bell.
***Ding, Ding***
Glass: Here we go! Sebastian has a tall order in front of him but if anyone can do it, I believe in Sebastian Hamilton!
Higgins: Hamilton is a grade A douchebag but he has a lot of talent, still I think his ego may of been too much on this occasion, five men in one night would be impossible for almost anyone.
As the match starts Eddie takes a charge at Hamilton going for a quick clothesline. Sebastian is able to duck the move however and when Eddie goes to bounce off the ropes again Benjamin reaches in and grabs his ankle stopping his momentum. As he does Eddie turns towards him and Sebastian reaches into his pocket and pulls out a pair of brass knuckles when Eddie turns around Sebastian hits him hard with the knuckles sending him down to the mat. He quickly hooks a leg and goes for the pin.

***Ding, Ding***
Charity: Eddie Charisma has been defeated! The next challenger El Landerson!!
Higgins: What the hell?! That was full fledged cheating, I can’t believe that!
Glass: Its a hardcore match! For his Hardcore title, it’s all legal and I promise you Sebastian is going to do whatever he can to make these matches as short as possible to keep himself from wearing out too quick!
‘Booyaka 619’ blast over the PA as El Landerson dashes towards the ring, as he does however he is quickly intercepted by Edward Hamilton who gives him a large lariat sending him down hard on the ramp way. Edward quickly picks him up in a powerbomb type position as Benjamin gets ready, the duo hits ‘The Establishment Will See you now’ (Beer Money’s DWI) on El Landerson on the outside of the ring.
Higgins: This is supposed to be a gauntlet but with his brothers outside of the ring it’s more of a handicap match for whoever comes out!
Glass: Kalvin knows he was sitting Sebastian up for failure, Sebastian is just smart enough to use the Hardcore rules to his advantage.
Benjamin rolls Landerson in under the bottom rope while Sebastian who had been arguing with a fan at ring side slowly walks over and covers him.
.1,

***Ding, Ding***
Charity: El Landerson has been defeated!
Before Charity can announce the next challenger you can see the ref demanding that the rest of the Hamilton Establishment is removed from ringside.
Glass: What on earth! That’s not how hardcore works! There is no rules how can he remove them from ringside, they are just support their family!
Higgins: please you know this isn’t earning anything, I am glad to see them two leave! As they go to exit we see BOTH members of Pretty Technical head down the ramp. The two teams talk a bit of smack as they pass each other.
Charity: The Next challenger Pretty Technical?!
Glass: So its not fair to have the brothers at ringside but BOTH of Pretty Technical can come out at once?!
Higgins: Turn about is fair play I guess!
As Ryan McCann Gets in the ring he turns still distracted by Benjamin and Edward walking slowly back down the ramp. As he does Sebastian takes a second to hit a roll up from behind and grasp on to the ropes for leverage, the ref counts.

Charity: Ryan McCann has been defeated!!
Chris Norton was still outside of the ring and barely got in as his partner was pinned, he looks at Sebastian shocked but Hamilton doesn’t hesitate instead he sends a large football like kick right to his nuts then nails him hard with the brass knuckles to go for the pin.

Charity: Chris Norton has been defeated! The final Challenger tonight, THE SILENCE!!
Sebastian turns his attention towards the entrance grasping his brass knuckles tightly as he prepares for the final challenge but as he does the lights in the entire arena go black.
Glass: What the hell! I don’t like this!
Higgins: Me Either, I bet Hamilton is more than uneasy himself!
The lights return and we see the Silence standing directly behind Hamilton. The 6 foot 8 Silence towers over the champion, as Sebastian looks around he comes face to face with the monster who with a unexpected speed sends a massive headbutt right at Hamilton busting him open upon contact. Sebastian staggers back a few feet before Silence follows with a quick Big Boot that knocks Sebastian up and over the top rope on to the ground outside.
Glass: That monster just appeared out of thin air! Good lord he still creeps me out, and I bet that mask is loaded you see how quickly he busted Sebastian open!
Higgins: His whole head is probably full of lead! Still this man has only received one lost since he came to Combat and left a list of bodies laying in his wake, second only to that ghoul Sean Raines!
The Silence doesn’t hesitate to follow Sebastian to the floor where he grabs him and Irish whips him against the barricade. He crashes hard into right with several fans cheering, one holding a sign saying ‘Steven give this an Up!’ The Silence then jerks Sebastian to his feet lifting him high above his head in a press slam, pressing him several time before walking out from under him letting him crash to the ground making sure his head slams into the steel steps. The Silence looks at the camera his mask showing no emotion as he signals for the end holding his hand and tapped up thumb in the air as he prepares to deliver the ‘Nightmare Arrival’ (Samoan spike).
Higgins: Looks like the Silence wants to bring the Nightmare to a member of the Nightmare Court! This isn’t looking good for the Champ.
Glass: Come on Alex, he’s already defeated 4 men in a row it is crazy to do this in one night, he has to be tired and sore!
Higgins: It took him less than 10 minutes to do that?! He’s barely broken a sweat!
Glass: Can’t hold the man’s natural skill against him.
As the Silence goes to hit Sebastian, Sebastian manages to sidestep the move and The Silence hits the metal portion of the turnbuckle hard with his hand. Sebastian doesn’t hesitate to pull out his brass knuckles he had some how kept a hold of and nail Silence right in the side of the head with them. The crowd however goes silent as it doesn’t seem to effect the big man.
Higgins: What the hell is this monster made of! He doesn’t even look phased by a shot that two other men out instantly!
Glass: He has a freaking creepy Iron mask on! How is that even legal!
Higgins: Remember ABG its hardcore, everything is legal.
Sebastian looks a bit shocked and before he can move the Silence grabs him by the throat and lifts him up high in the air before bringing him down with a chokeslam on the outside of the ring apron.
Higgins: MY GOD that’s the hardest part of the ring!
The Silence then rolls Hamilton into the ring and then slowly slides in after him. He picks up the champ as he sets him up for a powerbomb. After a few seconds he flips him up but once up there Sebastian makes a desperate move and pokes the Silence in both eyes. The newly blinded monster drops him to the ground as he staggers backwards for the first time in the whole match. Sebastian then bounces off the ropes and hits ‘The Retraction’ (flipping piledriver) on the big man sending him back down again.
Glass: Sebastian has life in him! He finally got the big man off his feet and he actually might have a chance here!
Higgins: OR DOES HE! Look!
Inside the ring as Sebastian pulls himself to his feet with the ring ropes , but the Silence sits straight up as if nothing had happened. Sebastian turns and looks shocked as hell to see him back on his feet. Silence goes to charge with a lariat but Hamilton manages to duck sending a stiff kick in the balls of the Silence. This staggers him a bit as Hamilton quickly hits ‘Established 1808’ (reverse ddt) he then goes for the pin making sure to put his feet on the ropes for leverage, the ref counts.

***Ding, Ding***
Charity: The Silence has been defeated, YOUR WINNER, HARDCORE CHAMPION and NEW NUMBER ONE CONTENDER FOR THE UPRISING TITLE SEBASTIAN HAMILTON!!
Glass: Well he did it! Sebastian Hamilton starts his quest tonight to get every pound of gold he can on Combat!
Higgins: That’s right but speaking of a man whose trying to collect gold, we are going to go to the back and check in on TJ Alexander as he prepares for the main event later tonight!
-Stitched up
(featuring TJ Alexander)
The camera switches backstage where we see TJ Alexander in the trainers room. He is sitting in a chair and with several members of the medical staff huddled around him as they attempt to stitch him up after his battle at the top of the show with Caleb. You can see the large television title laying across his lap as he has his eyes closed focused on what is to come. The door to the room creaks open as we see Ally Anderson try to squeeze in with Mic in hand. One of the trainers goes to stop her.
Trainer: We are trying to work here Miss Anderson this is no time.
Ally: I just want one word, a comment..
Trainer: We are bus..
TJ opens his eyes and interrupts.
TJ: It’s ok guys, I got something a message I want Miss Anderson to deliver for me.
Ally: Of course what is it, TJ?
TJ Raises the title up holding it beside his face as he looks in the camera and speaks. A slight smile across his still blood stained visage.
TJ: This Television title looks so good around my waist, and it’s so nice to finally hold it in my hands again but this is just the start as things finally start to turn in my favor. The scales are tipping towards me and it will be a sight to see. Caleb Scott through that face-paint you wear, I can see that you have a stone cold face behind it, nothing can penetrate your emotions, that was until tonight. I know I have planted that paranoia in your head when I took your prized Television title, you’re in the back angry because you know the wheels are finally falling off. I am in that stone cold head of yours and I will maneuver everything that you are and dissolve everything you think you are.
His face grimaces in pain a bit as he lowers his belt and takes a more relaxed posture.
TJ: The days where Caleb Scott beats me every time we meet, where you think you have my number, those things are gone. Tonight, Ground Zero I take everything, I already have your TV title and by the end of the night the Global Championship will be mine as well.
The camera has a close up of his face for a few seconds to let the words sink in to the audience before cutting back to ringside with Glass & Higgins.

Higgins: Well it’s time to see if Andre Cash can put a halt to the force of nature that has been Sean Raines on Combat! We heard from the medical staff that Alex Kincaid suffered a concussion and multiple broken ribs from the small skirmish with him and will be of Television for a while if he ever comes back is still unknown.
Glass: I have always respected Cash so I have no problem saying out loud I hope he knocks Raines down a peg are two tonight because right now I have to question Dayspring’s decision to bring him on board, I think it puts all of us, including me and you, at the risk of never walking again!
The camera pans to the ring where Charity Langston is waiting to get the match officially underway.
Charity: The next match is scheduled for ONE fall! First coming to the ring, the Alpha of Friday Night Combat, he is Andre Cash!
The fans let out a large cheer that Cash isn’t used to hearing as ‘Killer’ by Eminem (feat. Jack Harlow & Cordae) hits and we seen Andre Cash make his way to the ring. He pauses on the ring steps a few seconds to look around as if he suspects Raines to come from the audience rather than the back. Eventually he enters the ring.
Higgins: Under normal circumstances this is a match that I would really be looking forward too! This is the first man to even slow down Sean Raines and honestly pound for pound may be a match for him in the ring. We just got to hope Andre Cash has the nasty streak to back it up.
Glass: I think he does Alex, we all seem to forget that on the first Combat Andre and his cronies came out here and put an end to the Career of Bill Nemeth for no apparent reason other than the fact they could!
Charity: His opponent, making his debut in Friday Night Combat, standing 6 foot 2 and weighing 260 pounds he is Sean Raines!
Fire It Up by Black Label Society hits as the fans give out an oddly mixed reaction to the bringer of chaos. Many of them seem to even cheer on the destruction and havoc he brings to Combat. We see Sean Raines make his way to the ring.
Glass: I know that we do not agree on much but I could not agree with you more Alex. Raines has made himself a name on Combat lately and we will see what he has to offer as he steps up to Cash. No love lost and let’s see what else the two have to offer as well.
***Ding, Ding***
The bell signals and the two men lock up with Raines getting the advantage over Cash. He backs Cash into a corner and sends a big chop flying across his chest that seems to echo across the area of the arena as we see Cash hold onto his chest but only for a second as he returns a chop to Raines as well. Cash quickly follows up by Irish whipping Raines against the ropes and hits Raines with a vertical suplex that seems to pound that mat and cause it to shake. None the less the crowd let’s out an “ooh” in synchronization.
Higgins: Damn let’s hope that the ring holds up as we need it to. I don’t know with these two men going at it. Especially with the likes of Crush & PG still left to compete, this ring better be reinforced.
Glass: Hell let them at each other and if we are lucky they will rip each other’s heads off and we can call it even! That’s two less nut jobs for us to worry about and I am sure Combat can afford another ring.
Cash grabs Raines up and he goes toe to toe drop takedown but Raines quickly reverses and sends Cash railing into the right corner turnbuckle, which causes Cash’s head to bounce off of the turnbuckle. Raines quickly follows up with a shoulder ram into Cash and then lifts him up onto the turnbuckle. Raines quickly follows up and picks Cash up and delivers a suplex of his own from the top rope.
Higgins: I suppose it’s easy to say that there is a lot of aggression built up.
Glass: They both know the amount of malice they have for each other and don’t want to be the one at the end of the night laying there defenseless.
The suplex from the top rope seemed to knock the wind out of both men, but Cash is the first to his feet as he picks up Raines and attempts to hit him with a scoop slam, but Raines quickly reverses it and catches Cash from behind and puts him into a choke hold.
Higgins: You can see the intensity from both men. They both want to put the other one down and no matter the cost!
Cash begins to elbow his way out and continues to deliver back elbow blows to Raines mid-section. Cash then lifts Raines up and puts him in a blatant choke hold but he lets go before the count of five.
Glass: These two are giving it all that they have!
Just as Glass speaks, Raines rakes the eyes of Cash to break the choke, He pulls himself to his feet and levels the bigger Cash with a monster lariat sending him thudding back down to the mat, Raines screams to the top of his lungs as drags Cash up and Irish whips him against the ropes. As Cash flies back towards him Raines attempts a Big Boot but the much bigger Andre Cash catches his boot mid air. Once he does he pulls him towards him and hits an Exploder Suplex on Raines sending him down to the mat hard.
Glass: There you go! The big man taking control of Raines now and it looks like he is going to be able to put the renegade in his place! And maybe make it a little safer for everyone INCLUDING us around these parts.
Higgins: Let’s not count it yet, Raines is a tough son of a gun who loves pain. I don’t think one vicious suplex has him down for the count.
Cash jerks Raines to his feet as he sends a series of forearms into the side of Raine’s head. He then reaches him out jerking Raines just a bit closer and capturing him with a massive overhead belly to belly suplex. As the crowd cheers you see Cash kip up and continue his assault on Raines. He lifts him up and hits the ‘Shell Shock’ (muscle buster) on Raines and then quickly goes for a pin afterwards. The ref goes for the count.
.1,
.. Kick Out!
You can see the frustration in Cash’s face as he stands up and pulls Raines after him, hitting a big Biel on Raines sending him flying across the ring, he quickly follows him and does it again, then once again. Three Biels in a row literally slinging Raines from one end of the ring to the other. He then stomps his foot and takes a squatting position as he prepares to charge in on Raines.
Glass: Looks like Cash is lining up Raines for a Gridiron! This could be the start to the end for our ‘biggest fan’
Higgins: As long as he stays in the ring and away from this table I am ok!
Cash charges forward to hit his finisher ‘Gridiron’ (spear) but as he does Raines manages to grab on to the big mans arms right when he makes contact and hit him with a ‘Skyfall’ (double arm brain buster) both men getting hit with finisher at the same time they now lay on the mat hurting. As the ref starts the 10 count before he gets passed 3 Raines starts to pull himself up, he’s holding his ribs but has a big smile across his face. He grabs up Andre Cash and drags him to the ropes. Raines gets on the ring apron and keeps cash in the ring. He then hooks him up for ‘Skyfall’ and nails it on him through the ropes and onto the ring apron.
Higgins: Shit! Second Skyfall, and this ONE on the ring apron!
Raines pushes the body of Cash back in the ring and follows making a pinning attempt.

***Ding, Ding***
Charity: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner by pin fall, Sean Raines!
Higgins: Raines might have come out on top but it was a great match nonetheless.
-Sean Raine’s Biggest Fan!
(featuring Sean Raines, John Tolly)
Raines rolls out from under the bottom rope as he heads to under the ring looking for a weapon, he doesn’t seem to find anything he likes there so he heads over to the time keepers and ring announcers to grab their chair, as he does a random fan in a hoodie reaches out to pat him on the back, Raines quickly knocks his hand away and begins to shout at the fan.
Glass: Is that fan stupid?! Has he not been seeing what Raines does to anyone and everyone! Some one better get security out here or we going to have a hell of a law suit on our hands.
The fan slowly takes his hood down and to everyone’s amazement we see none other than John Tolly underneath. Raines looks like he just saw a ghost as well and this gives Tolly the chance to send a few hard jabs at Raines staggering him backwards. Tolly then jumps the guard rail to continue his attack.
Higgins: Thats John Tolly! That was the first person Raines took out, attacking him in the middle of the Global Qualifier our first week!
Glass: Looks like he is out for some revenge, these two used to be partners! They have a long history and it’s exploding right here in front of us.
With Raines staggered Tolly grabs him and Irish Whips him into the steel steps breaking them apart. Tolly charges after him with a jumping boot to the head of Raines before stomping on his body a few more times. He tosses the top of the stairs off and grabs Raines hitting ‘Skyfall’ on Raines sending him face first onto the steel steps. Raines is busted open as Tolly grabs a mic from ringside and stands over his body shouting.
Tolly: You wanted me?! You blindside me then call me out? How does it feel now? You want me you got me, I will be the man to rid Combat of the cancer that IS Sean Raines. And I’ll do it IN Chicago, AT Theater of War. If you can make it there!
He tosses the Mic on the body of Raines as his music blast and he makes his exit.
-Preparing for War
The view switches from the bloody body of Raines to the back again where we see Caleb Scott finally calmed down after his lost. He is sitting in the middle of his locker room, still in disarray from the fit he threw earlier in the night after losing his TV Title. He however is sitting eyes closed on a bench. The TV behind him is on playing Combat but he is paying it no attention. The Global title sits next to him on the bench.
Higgins: I would hate to imagine what is going through his mind right now! Whatever it is I bet it doesn’t bode well for TJ later tonight.
Glass: I am sure he is trying everything he can to get TJ out of his mind, get rid of any doubt he has and focus on what makes him angry, what makes him violent because that is what he needs to make sure he retains the title tonight!
Higgins: I wouldn’t doubt it, but its time we get to the ring for our Uprising Title match!

The view switches to Charity in the ring as she gets ready for our next match of the evening.
Charity: Our next match is for the Uprising Title! First coming to the ring, from Galway, Ireland he is Cyrus Youngblood!!
Broadway Girls by Lil Durk (ft. Morgan Wallace) hits and we see Cyrus walks out to lights out, and. a spotlight on him. He spreads his arms almost hug like before continuing to walk towards the ring. As he enters the ring, he falls to his knees and goes into a prayer position between leaning back and spreading his arms once again.
Higgins: This is one of the matches that I have been looking forward to all night. Iron Wolf has been on quite the defending streak as we now see that he will once again be defending his title against Cyrus.
Glass: Cyrus is a young man who is all about either beating respect into you or getting respect out of you after the match this one should be good!
Charity: His opponent and the Uprising Champion! IRON WOLF!!!
“Iron Wolf” by Beastwars begins as Iron Wolf walks out from the back. He howls, something that is mirrored by a few fans. He makes his way down to the ring while growling and snarling for the fans. He rolls into the ring and climbs to the nearest corner, howling again for the fans.
***Ding, Ding***
As Iron Wolf is in the middle of howling for the fans, Cyrus immediately attacks him from behind with a backhand elbow which causes Wolf to fall off the turnbuckle and into the ring.
Higgins: Cyrus wasting absolutely no time in going after the champion.
Glass: How disrespectful, he could have at least the champion finish playing it up for the fans.
Cyrus grabs Wolf up but Wolf quickly catches him with a punch, sending Cyrus down to the mat. Wolf then grabs Cyrus up and catches him with a suplex and goes for the pin but barely gets a one count on Cyrus.
Cyrus gets to his feet and Wolf looks like he is going to attempt to hit The Ground and Pound, but Cyrus counters with a spinning back elbow, disorenting the champion a little. Cyrus seems to have a hunger in his eyes that even Wolf might not have been prepared for. Cyrus quickly follows his spinning elbow up with a backbreaker.
Higgins: I love how this is going.
Glass: I am glad that one of us is.
Cyrus takes a second to taunt for the crowd just a little bit, but not before turning his attention back to Iron Wolf. Iron Wolf however catches Cyrus with The Glass Jaw! The crowd goes wild as Wolf looks around and you can tell that he is seemingly feeding off of the energy of the crowd, but Cyrus has now gathered himself as he sits in the corner and shakes his head. He gets up and as soon as Wolf turns around from the crowd Cyrus has bounced off the ropes and catches Wolf with a Springboard Reverse DDT! Cyrus goes for a cover but only gets a count of one!
Higgins: Shit this is more exciting than I imagined.
Glass: Well what kind of match were you expecting with the Uprising Title on the line?
These two gentlemen are giving it their all as we see Cyrus and Wolf both get to their feet in time. Wolf goes for the Wolf Strike, but Cyrus narrowly avoids it. Cyrus grabs Wolf from behind and snaps Wolf into The Awakening. The ref is looking down and Wolf taps out!
***Ding, Ding***
Higgins: Oh my god!
Glass: What the hell just happened?
The ref raises Cyrus’ hand.
Charity: The winner and NEW Uprising Champion Cyrus Youngblood!!
Higgins: Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new uprising champion and his name is Cyrus Youngblood!
-Eyes on the Prize
As the scene fades from Cyrus holding his brand new title we again cut to the back where this time we join TJ Alexander once again. The medical staff seems to have left him alone. His head set is on as he lightly works a small punching bag in front of the TV. While he does it you can see him keeping up with the action on Combat. The TV title can be scene hanging in a locker right beside the Television.
Higgins: Seems like TJ is preparing his own way as well, keeping his blood pumping and body ready for action.
Glass: He has the momentum right now and wants to make sure he doesn’t get to relaxed before the big one later tonight!
Higgins: THIS match, the global title match is going to be crazy tonight. It may be one of the most important matches we have had since Combat came into being.
Glass: Yea but we got a few more great ones to get to before then so lets get to the ring!
The view switches back to ringside with Higgins and Glass.

Higgins: Tonight has been an incredible night, where our Combatants have proved just why they are the best in the world and we are just getting to the end of the card.
Glass: That’s right and our next match isn’t just a grudge match but these two have been at each other’s throats since Combat launched in January and now they look to settle it all in a cage!
Higgins: Blindsided attacks, mind games, injuries, Jack Tyde has done everything he can to extinguish the rising star that is Tex Attwater but Tex hasn’t taken it laying down firing back and refusing to quit at every turn!
Glass: That’s right but the numbers game has constantly been against Tex, first Shante at Jack’s side and now the whole damn Nightmare Court. So that’s why tonight, IN the cage he has a fighting chance to end this once and for all!
Higgins: That’s right and I am rooting for him, I am tired of bullies like Tyde! Still, let’s get to the ring and get this thing started!
The view shifts from the commentary table to the center of the ring with Charity Langston. You can see the large cage has now surrounded the ring.
Charity: The next match is a Cage match, you may win via pinfall, submission or Escape!
The fans let out a big cheer as she starts.
Charity: First coming to the ring, from the briny depths, ‘The Nautical Nightmare’ JACK TYDE!!!
The lights dim and turn red as fog slowly begins to roll out at the top of the entrance ramp. Over the PA ‘Alestorm’ by Alestorm begins to blast and as the rock music plays the fans let out a chorus of boos.
Go! A Storm is coming
The cold is mind numbing
Darkness is descending
Die, there’s no escaping
We’re all anticipating
Smashing your brains tonight!
As the lyrics are heard we can see a figure slowly emerge from below the entrance ramp. As he raises his large frame comes into focus as we see Jack Tyde. Not alone however as his ‘companion’ Shante’ Waverly is cackling at his side. The two begin to walk down the ramp and towards the ring. Tyde’s focus is straight ahead not pausing to even acknowledge the fans. Shante however mocks them and laughs at them as she goes by. Once in at the steel steps Jack pauses striking a ‘Captain Morgan’ like pose on the steps, as he does the Pyro explodes from all four corners sounding like cannons firing. Once the explosions die down he enters the ring and sits down in the far corner waiting for his opponent.
Charity: His opponent, standing 6 foot 5 and weighing 231 pounds, he is the ‘Texas Truth Teller’ Tex Attwater!
“Cowboy” By Kid Rock blast over the PA and the fans erupt in cheers. Pyro begins to explode on either side of the arena similar to a large pistol firing off. It explodes 6 times on either side before Tex can be seen in the smoke. A large brace is visible on his left arm.. He takes off his cowboy hat and waves it in the air as he walks down the ramp. Before he goes up the steel steps however he takes a moment to give his cowboy hat to one of the children ringside. He then gets into the ring staring at Tyde as he waits for the match to begin.
Glass: Looks like it’s time for these two to finally lock up in the center of the ring and figure out who will leave under their own power!
Higgins: The ref is done going over everything and ready to start, and I know I am, let’s get it on!
***Ding, Ding***
Tyde stands up out the corner and locks eyes with Tex. The fans already into it can be heard chanting Tex’s name in support of the cowboy. Tex motions for Tyde to engage in a test of strength and as Tyde goes to do so he pauses and instead Tyde spits in the face of Tex. The rage flies over Tex as he quickly begins to fire off large haymakers into the side of Tyde’s head, sending him staggering backwards a few feet. Tex then bounces off the near ropes to get a running start and lands a massive big boot into the head of Tyde, sending the big man down on the mat hard. Tex shouts Yee Haw as the fans erupt in cheers.
Higgins: I am not exactly sure what Tyde was trying to accomplish by spitting in the Cowboy’s face but so far the only thing it has gotten him is a texas sized ass whoopin.
Glass: Tyde has proved he is a smart man, and claims he has something, some information, a name he even dropped last week that was some dark secret of Tex’s past. So I’m sure he has a plan, not so far it looks like a bad plan but still I wouldn’t count him out yet.
Tex continues his onslaught as he sends a few stiff boots to the ribs of Tyde before dragging him to his feet and tossing him face first against the steel cage. He does this three times before we can see the forehead of Tyde burst open and blood starts to spew from it. Tex then begins to rake the bloody face of Tyde across the cage. He then pulls him off the cage and hits the ‘Peacekeeper’ (Irish Curse backbreaker) on Tyde and goes for a pin.
.1,
.. Kick Out!
Glass: Tex is being smart and trying to use this quick momentum he has built to put Tyde away and end this whole debacle once and for all.
Higgins: Despite the blood oozing from Tyde’s forehead he still has a lot of fight left in him! He barely got a one kick off that Peacekeeper!
Tex doesn’t seem bothered by the quick kick out as he jerks Tyde up in a sitting position and starts hitting ‘The Wild West Flogging’ (repeated MMA Elbows) The fans count along as Tex delivers 10 elbows to Tyde. After which he goes to finish it by attempting to lock in his submission The ‘Bridle’ (Full Nelson Submission) but as he does somehow Tyde tries to fight it, using his own strength to keep Tex from locking his hands in. Tyde slowly fights to a standing position the entire time using his hands to try to keep Tex from locking in the hold.
Higgins: You can tell Tyde has him scouted well, he knows that if Bridle gets locked in then he is in for a world of pain and more than likely this match is over.
Glass: Yea but after the beating he’s taken can he really out muscle a powerful man like Tex?!
Higgins: Well both men stand at an incredible 6 foot 5 but Tyde is 20 pounds heavier and that looks to be 20 pounds of muscle so he might have a chance!
Tyde finally gets some momentum and lifts Tex off his feet, sending him backwards into the turnbuckle to break any hold he has on him. Once Tyde is free he turns towards Tex but Tex is still ready for him, Tex sends a series of lefts right into the bloody forehead of Tyde. Tex then goes to Irish whip him but Tyde manages to reverse the Irish whip and when Tex comes bouncing back Tyde catches him with Keelhaul (Spinebuster) sending the big man down hard causing the ring and cage both to vibrate from impact. Tyde then pulls himself and begins shouting profanities at Tex. Tyde backs up a bit into the corner and waits for Tex to try to get up, once Tex is on his hands and knees Tyde takes off running and hits ‘Walk the Plank’ (curb stomp) on Tex sending his face hard into the mat. He then flips Tex over on his back and we see blood spewing from his face as well, Tyde smiles as he strikes a Captain Morgan pose on the chest of Tex as a pin attempt, but before the ref can get in position to count Tex kicks out.
Higgins: Both men sporting the Crimson mask now you can see the hatred between the two as they continue to dish out punishment to one another.
Glass: Tyde said that Tex had a dark side, an edge and we saw it a bit earlier in this match but now we are seeing Tyde’s as well, honestly I’m not sure who I think is going to win but neither of these men will be the same afterwards.
Tyde stands over Tex and shouts down at him, you can get a close up of what he is saying “We are the Same Tex, stop trying to hide it!,” He then does a few slaps across the face of Tex before jerking him up to his feet. He sets him up between his legs and flips him up for his High Tyde, sending him over his head and face first into the steel cage. The impact is large and shakes the cage again. Still Tyde isn’t done as he grabs Tex again, and again with the High Tyde sends him up and over his head into the steel cage. Tyde then shouts loud enough for the camera to pick up ‘I’m Disappointed in you Tex! I wanted the Horror, this is weak,’ Tyde then turns and begins to climb up the steel cage to make his way out. As he gets about halfway up,Tex starts to stir and begins to climb up after him.
Higgins: Just let him out Tex its not worth the pain that is happening to you right now!
Glass: You know Tex is too proud to do that, besides you can’t blame him if he doesn’t win this who is to say Tyde will stop. You have to stand up to a bully and that’s what Tex plans to do!
Tex manages to catch up with Tyde right at the top of the Cage, as he tries to pull him down Tyde starts to send hard right hands into the head of Tex. Tex fights back though and after a few quick blows of his own Tyde starts to lose his grip. Still instead of just jerking him down Tex grabs tyde and lifts him on his shoulder and from 15 feet in the air he hits the WidowMaker sending both men crashing to the mat.
Higgins: HOLY HELL! Tex may have just killed both Tyde and HIMSELF with that move, good lord!
Glass: That could have just broken Tyde’s back the way he landed, we may need to get medical staff in there!
Both men lay out on the mat for a few seconds, the ref kneeling down beside each to try to determine if they can carry on. It is Tex however who begins to move first, pulling himself up by the ropes he looks over at Tyde’s bloody body laying crumbled in the center of the ring. Tex begins to shout
“YOU WANTED THE HORROR, HERE’S THE HORROR”
He then dashes over and begins stomping a mudhole in the body of Tyde, he then grabs him by his feet and begins ‘The Last Rodeo’ (Big Swing) the fans confused by the way Tex is reacting to Tyde’s mind games give off a mixed reaction. Still Tex swings, and swings, and swings. For almost a minute until the Jumbotron begins to flicker. Cryptic images, pictures of a pretty girl and the Nightmare Court logo all flashes rapidly as the name Fiona Mercer is repeated by a multitude of voices. Tex releases Tyde and turns his attention to the screen, his face goes blank as he seems drawn in by whatever is happening.
Higgins: This again?! What is happening, who is Fiona Mercer?
Glass: I don’t know but this must have been Tyde’s plan the entire time, his ace up his sleeve you can tell that whatever it is, the names, the pictures something just gets in the head of Tex!
You can see Tyde wobble to his feet, still dizzy a bit from the swing but it draws no attention from Tex, who is still absorbed by the video. Tyde quickly takes advantage, spinning Tex around and lifting him up hitting “The Final Verdict’ on him hard into the mat as he does the video goes away and the ref goes to count.

Charity: Your winner by pin fall, Jack Tyde!!
Glass: What the hell just happened?! This is such a bizarre end to this match, both men bloodied and battered. Neither can barely walk and it ended because of some weird ASMR video?!
Higgins: I don’t know but honestly I am just glad it’s over if it would have gone much longer next Combat might have been in honor of the recently deceased Jack Tyde and Tex Attwater because they seemed intent on killing each other!
Glass: Well while the crew sorts everything in the ring, let’s take a look at what we have in store for you coming at the end of March!
-Theater of War
The video begins to run as we see the outside of an old time looking movie theater. There is a line of people pushing and shoving trying to get in. The line itself goes on as far as can be seen and everyone seems to be determined to get in, almost to the point of things turning violent. As they push and argue with each other the camera pans down the line and music begins to play slowly. The intro to ‘This Means War’ by Avenged Sevenfold as we get a good luck at all the fans as the beat begins to pick up the scene pulls out and we see the sign at the top that says ‘Now Playing: FNC Presents Theater of War!’ At this point the lyrics to the song begin.
Hide my face again, harbor in the shadows
Feel this weight of sin hammering away
Die, with the guilt of a thousand AWOL soldiers
Die, watch the scythe usher me astray
Eventually the big doors of the theater open and it’s like a stampede as the people rush in. The camera follows the mob of people as they push and rush past the concession stand and into the large theater room without a screen but instead large red curtains. As the mob fills the seats and begin to stomp and scream as the rush the start of the show the music continues.
I can’t go on this way
Not as I am today
The ugly side of me is strong
Take aim, a loaded gun
Pull back on all who run
A coward’s truth inside the wrong
Slowly the curtains open and we see several of the Combatants lined up on either side. The fans are stomping and howling as the two sides shout and howl before rushing into each other when they collide it makes a large explosion and is replaced with the logo.
This means war
This means war
This means war

Allstate Arena – Chicago, Illinois
March 24, 2023

Glass: Well that video really got my blood pumping for Theater of War coming a month from now, but it’s got A LOT to live up to after the crazy night we have had tonight for Ground Zero!
Higgins: What an exciting night we have had so far ABG! as we get ever closer to the rubber match tonight as our NEW Television Champion looks to make it a double header and take the Global Title from Caleb in our main event!
Glass: That’s right but we still have one more BIG match before that, as what would have been our main event if TJ wouldn’t have earned his shot earlier tonight we get ready to watch the brothers go to war against each other for the first time on Combat!
Higgins: A double main event for sure! These two have waged war on each other for years getting as personal as humanly possible in the past but this is the first time the two go ONE on ONE here on Combat and after the tag team match last Combat where the two abandoned the match all together to try to hurt each other we really have no idea what to expect!
Glass: Enough talk already let’s get to the ring and see these two big men go at it!
The view switches from the commentary desk to center ring with Charity Langston ready to get things started for the next match.
Charity: Ladies and Gentlemen our next match is scheduled for ONE Fall! First coming to the ring hailing from Atlanta Georgia, he is the ECE World Heavyweight Champion CRUSH!!
‘Kingdom’ by Downstait blasts over the PA and the fans in the arena go berserk. The cheers are so loud that it drowns out both Glass and Higgins at first. A chant of ‘Crush, Crush, Crush’ can be heard before the big man appears at the top of the entrance ramp with his ECE World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. He looks around the crowd and smiles before raising his fist above his head, he slams it into the ground and pyro explodes on either side of him.
Charity: His Opponent, standing 6 foot 7 inches and weighing 280 lbs he is PG-13!!
The lights dim as # HERO # blares on the announce system as the crowd starts booing. A few seconds later PG-13 slowly walks out from behind the curtain. PG-13 is flanked by his agent, Michael Hill, PG shakes his head as he walks down to the ring. PG climbs up the steel steps as Hill takes his place at ringside.
Higgins: And here we go! I can feel the goosebumps on the back of my neck as we prepare to see these two big men come to blows!
Glass: This is more than big men slapping man meat, this is a blood feud that more than likely started when they hit puberty and realized one had more chest hair than the other. These two are brothers and this is beyond personal, this is FAMILY!
***Ding, Ding***
The two brothers lock eyes across the ring from each other as they begin to smack talk each other a bit back and forth, eventually coming nose to nose for a few minutes the crowd growing loud in anticipation. Crush takes a few steps back and dares his brother to take the first swing. PG doesn’t hesitate to oblige as he sends a large chop across the chest of Crush. Crush unphased sends one back at his brother. The two big men exchange chops back and forth as both their chest turns a bright red.
Glass: And we are off, these two are like two giant red oaks neither one wanting to budge but when one of them finally falls TIMBER!! We better all watch out!
Higgins: Those chops they are dishing out will knock down most men, the force and power they are able to put behind them is incredible you can see the damage as there are whelps forming on both men’s chest already!
Finally PG switches from chops to full fist blows to the head of Crush, catching him off guard and staggering him back a few feet. PG doesn’t hesitate to exploit the opening as he wraps his arms around his brother and tosses him over his head with a belly to belly suplex. Crush hits hard as the entire ring shakes and the fans let out a loud boo. PG however is unphased and quickly back to his feet he bounces off the ropes and hits a running knee on his downed foe. After that he grabs Crush into a sitting position and starts sending MMA Elbow strikes to the neck and shoulder area of Crush.
Glass:PG smells blood and realizes what it takes to get his brother down for the three and knows he has to stay on him if he wants to prove that this is his show and has no room for his brother on it!
Higgins: Crush is a world champ and former IIW UK Champion he is a dominant force that knows how to win in this industry but I don’t think either man is thinking of winning right now. No, they are sending a statement to each other and the locker room about the brutality they are able to bring and the length they will go to be the dominant force on Combat.
PG drags his brother to his feet and sets him up for a massive pumphandle slam sending him back crashing to the mat. PG quickly hooks a leg and goes for a pin.
.. Kick out!
PG doesn’t hesitate to continue his assault on Crush. He quickly grabs the arm and twists Crush up, locking him in a Kimura lock. You can see the pain in Crush’s face as his brother rips at his arm seemingly trying to pull it out of socket. We get a close up of his face as he grits his teeth in pain and slams his fist on the mat a few times as he reaches for the ropes. Once he gets almost to the ropes PG drags him back and out of reach.
Glass: Crush is a tough SOB but he is going to need to consider tapping here if he can’t break that hold because I promise you PG will not hesitate to rip that arm right off and then beat his brother with it.
Higgins: I don’t think Crush has it in him to tap, this may end up in the hands of the ref to stop the match if it gets too that point.
Crush continues to endure the pain as he struggles to reach the rope eventually however he gives up on trying, realizing that his brother has him dead in the center of the ring. Instead Crush starts to use his power to lift both himself and his brother up. While he is standing however PG does not break the hold. Crush then powers his brother into the turnbuckle slamming one three times before PG releases the hold. Crush staggers backwards using the ropes to keep him up as he grasps his arm in pain. PG staggers out of the corner a bit but Crush manages to kick him in the gut and hit ‘Crushing the Competition’(Paradigm Shift) on him but as Crush lands he also lands on his hurt arm and begins to scream in pain as well.
Higgins: That right there is why Crush is a future hall of famer! The power and determination he brings to the ring each and every time he is there.
Glass: I don’t disagree with that at all but PG is on his level and has already taken out Crush’s arm so it will be interesting to see how effective he can be now that he has taken charge a bit.
The ref checks on both men as they are down and decides he needs to start the mandatory 10 count for the fallen brothers.

At this point both men start to stir and begin to use the ropes to get to their feet.
……6,
…….7,
By 7 the ref has checked both men as they reach their feet and the count stops as the match continues. PG charges first with a massive clothesline attempt Crush however is aware enough to duck the massive lariat as he bounces off the far ropes and explodes back with “The Bonecrusher!”(Spear) still PG is right by the ropes so when he makes contact both PG and Crush goes through the middle rope and crashes outside the ring hard. PG hurt from the move and Crush took a big bump on the ground grasping his arm.
Glass: These two brutes just crashed hard outside the ring! I think I felt the impact way over here!
Higgins: Now they are both down hard and one of them will need to get up and get in the ring for this to continue.
The ref waits a few seconds and then starts his mandatory countout.

At this point Crush has finally used the steel steps to pull himself up still greatly favoring the arm that was locked in the Kimura earlier in the match. He glances up at the ref but grits his teeth as he walks over to where his brother is still sprawled out. He lifts him to his feet as the ref continues counting.
..4,
..5,
Crush goes to roll PG in the ring but pauses as he glances over at the steel steps he seems to decide not to go back in the ring and instead attempts to Irish whip PG into the steps, PG however has enough left in his tank to reverse it and sends Crush shoulder and arm first into the steel steps breaking them apart.

..8,
PG glances up at the ref who is beckoning him to get in the ring but PG just waves him off as instead he goes over to his brother and picks him up. He lifts him to his feet but Crush sends a few fist to his gut breaking up the hold. He stands up and both men are broken and hurt but now eye to eye the ref is still urging them to get in the ring.
..9,
The two seem to decide that they would rather get right to the fighting and begin throwing full fists at each other pounding the hell out of each other in a hockey style brawl as the ref pleads with them. As they struggle to get control of the other they slam hard into the barricade and the two men once go through the barricade and begin to brawl in the midst of the fans at ringside.

***Ding, Ding***
Charity: Due to double Count out this match is considered a Draw!!
Higgins: I can’t believe this ABG, these two monsters just don’t care! They both claim to want the Global Title more than anything but I think they want to hurt each other even more than that!
Glass: All i know is someone better get security out of here before some of our ringside fans get hurt in this brawl.
As he said that you can see Carson Dunn rushing out of the back with a handful of security at his back. Slowly more and more security floods from the back as they begin to try to tear the two big men apart.
Higgins: While they take care of these two I think we need to get ready for our MAIN EVENT TONIGHT!
-Next!
(featuring Caleb Scott & TJ Alexander)
The view quickly cuts to the back as we see a split screen image of the backstage area. On the left is Caleb Scotty, his Global Title over his shoulder as he marches towards the ring. No emotion whatsoever seen on his face. The other side is TJ Alexander headphones on as he zones out everyone, his newly won TV title securely locked around his waist the stitches from earlier very apparent in his forehead. The words ‘Up Next: Our Main Event!’ across the bottom center of the image.
Glass: There they are, the two extraordinary athletes that started Ground Zero tonight get ready for round 2 as they march to the ring.
The fans can be heard in the background of the shot all chanting ‘T J, T J, T J’
Higgins: And as you can hear from this sold out crowd we are more than ready. The only question is can TJ Alexander do it twice in one night! If he does however he doesn’t just come away with two titles but he ruins everything that Caleb has built for himself here on Combat!
The view fades to the center of the ring as we see Charity Langston the spotlight on her as she begins the announcements for the main event.

Charity: Ladies and gentlemen of Charlotte, and the MILLIONS at home ARE YOU READY!!
The Spectrum center erupts as she continues.
Charity: It is TIME for our main event! The following bout is scheduled for ONE FALL with a 60 minute time limit. It is for the Friday Night Combat GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP!! First coming to the ring, the Challenger and Newly crowned FNC Television Champion! ‘The Ariel Assassin’, ‘The Game Changer’, ‘KIDD KRAZY’ TJ ALEXANDER!!!
The fans erupt before she can even get his name fully out. By the time ‘The touch’ by Stan Bush hits it is already being drowned out by chants of “T J, T J, T J,” the pyro explosions on the ramp are even muted by the sounds of the live audience. After several seconds we see the Television Champion with his new title tightly around his waist as he looks around and takes in all the love for just a minute. He realizes that at this very moment, all the fans here and the millions at home are all behind him willing him on to defeat Caleb and take the Global Title not just for himself but for every fan of Combat.
Glass: Good Lord I can barely hear myself think, this crowd is going crazy as ‘Kidd Krazy’ himself makes his way to the ring!
Higgins: No Pressure am I right?
He slowly walks up the stairs and onto the ring apron before springing board over and taking his place on the top turnbuckle holding his new title high in the air to the fans delight. He drops down turning his title over to the time keeper at ringside as the ref checks him out. Charity then tries to talk over the crowd for the next announcement to be made.
Charity: And his Opponent!…..
The cheers automatically turn to loud boos before she even starts good. She tries to speak but is drowned out and has to take a few moments to try to let them calm down before she can continue.
Charity: And his Opponent! He hails from St. Cloud, Minnesota! Standing 6 foot even and weighing 195 pounds he is the Friday Night Combat GLOBAL CHAMPION! ‘The Granite City Sadist’ Caleb Scott!!!
Lights go black and we can only assume Ze Nigmar plays because nothing can be heard over the onslaught of boos the fans in Charlotte are keeping up. It takes a few seconds before Caleb appears, his drudges noticeably missing, As he stands on the ramp the fans begin to toss empty cups, and other trash at him covering the entire ramp with trash.
Glass: They must really hate this guy! You know how expensive those drinks are! That last one looked like it was still full!
No drudges, no baseball bat, only Caleb and his Global title hoisted on his shoulder and a look of determination on his face, or maybe desperation. He walks to the Apron and slowly gets in not talking his eyes off TJ the entire time. The fans still so loud but instead of boos a chant of “Caleb Sucks’ can now be heard echoing through the arena and more then likely into near by homes, and businesses. The ref checks and speaks to Caleb as well before signaling for the bell to officially start the match.
***Ding, Ding***
The crowd finally dies down a bit as they seem to be holding their breath waiting to see what is about to happen in this epic showdown between one of Combat’s biggest Heroes and the Devil of the green brand.
Glass: This match is big, you can feel the electricity in the air! I know I say this each and every week but the main events just seem more and more important. We start off with champion vs champion, the Siege Perilous now our First ever Global Champion is defending his title for the first time!
Higgins: That’s after losing the Television title to this VERY man earlier tonight. Up until tonight Caleb has been undefeated, IF ANYONE has his number I would have to say at this point its TJ Alexander!
The two stare at each other for a moment as TJ slams his hand on the turnbuckle and motions for the crowd to get into it again. They gladly oblige with the chant of ‘let’s go TJ’ echoing across the arena. Caleb just shouts back at TJ. You can’t hear it over the crowd but you can clearly make out his words ‘They Can’t Help you, No One can,” Caleb then motions for him to lock up and TJ doesn’t hesitate. After the two lock up they go back and fourth for a few minutes before Caleb gets the advantage and pushes TJ into the ropes. From there he sends a couple of stiff knees into his gut before Irish whipping him out. He quickly runs after him and almost automatically jumps in the air for an attempt at ‘Grim Death’ (running knee strike) but TJ manages to duck this time and run past him. He does a quick 180 and hits a standing drop kick in the back of Caleb’s head sending him forward and hitting the ropes. TJ then quickly jumps to the top of the near turnbuckle showing off his incredible balance before jumping forward hitting a gorgeous sunset flip powerbomb onto Caleb and holding on for a pin attempt.
.1,
.. Kick out!
Glass: That speed and intensity of of TJ on full display as he managed to duck the Grim Death and hit a incredible move from the top turnbuckle.
Higgins: yes but you notice how Caleb went for the Grim Death right off, he knows that was the move that busted TJ open and he knows he has had a lot of success with it in the past and wants to prove that he utilize it and put some doubt in TJ’s mind about his chances of winning!
‘You Can Do It,’ chants from the crowd are heard now as TJ quickly gets to his feet to continue his offense. he flips Caleb over to a sitting position and bounces off the ropes hitting a low drop kick sending him back down once again. He then points to the sky as the fans go crazy, he once again springs from the ground to the top turnbuckle before turn and getting his balance. He jumps off with one of his gorgeous 450 splashes but as he comes down Caleb rolls out of the way and TJ hits nothing but hard mat.
Glass: I am not sure if Caleb was playing Opossum or just happened to come to his senses at the exact right moment but it worked out great for him and he has a chance to slow down this match and take control!
Higgins: This is potential turning spot and you can hear how much the fans don’t like it!
He is right as the fans once again flooding the arena with boos. Caleb manages to pull himself up to his feet as he walks over to the still downed TJ, he jerks him up to his feet and sits him up for a Piledriver. After hitting the piledriver he starts to blatantly choke TJ, the ref forces him to stop. He switches to a side headlock as he begins sending strong right hands into the stitches. Caleb then stands up bringing TJ with him as he sends a few more punches to the stitches he releases and sends a stiff knee directly into the stitches and blood gushes out everywhere. He then uses the top rope as he begins to choke TJ with his foot and talk smack to him. The ref warns him once again forcing him to break it, this time Caleb turns his ire towards the ref threatening him.
Glass: Caleb has to be careful if he plans to win this match.
Higgins: I don’t think he cares about winning as much as keeping the title.
Caleb drags back to the center of the ring and picks him up, lifting him for a verticle suplex hanging him high in the air. He stands balancing him up there letting the blood drain to his head and out the wound after several seconds he hits a powerful Brain buster and the Crowd is back to their ‘Let’ Go TJ’ chant. Caleb rolls over TJ who we can see is a bit flushed in the face under his crimson mask, he hooks a leg and the ref counts.
.1,
.. Kick Out!
Caleb looks angry as he begins to bash him in the open wound with massive punches once again. He then drags TJ up and Irish whips him hard into the turnbuckle. He then gets a running start and hits a big splash on TJ, the impact is hard but Caleb doesn’t stop there as he grab TJ and places him on the top of the turn buckle. Caleb then climbs up with him and sits him up for a suplex but instead he nails his ‘Reaper’s Reach’ (Suplex > Powerbomb) on him and quickly tries for another pin.
.1,
..2,
… KICK OUT!!
Glass: I don’t know HOW he kicked out of that good lord, I am shocked that TJ isn’t broken in half!
Higgins: Me either but we are coming close to our 3 hour limit but I have just been assured that we will STAY on the air with this match until its over so don’t worry guys we are here for the duration!
Caleb begins to slam his fist in the mat once again as he accuses the ref of a slow count. The ref warns him but Caleb takes a breath to calm down and returns to TJ, he grabs his ankle and places him in the ‘One Foot in the Grave’ (Standing Ankle Lock) and you can see the pain in TJ face as he tries to hold on. Slowly however he begins to fade and the ref has to grab his hand, he places it up and it drops down, he does it a second time and the same, then a Third but this time right before it hits the mat TJ comes back alive and begins fighting back. He manages to get up to one foot and twist hitting a Enziguri on Caleb forcing the hold to be broken. Caleb staggers back caught off guard but this doesn’t last long as he charges back at him but TJ is ready hitting a drop toe hold and sending the champ fast first into the mat. TJ then limps up as the fans are back alive going crazy ‘YOU CAN DO IT’ they chant.
Glass: His ankle is hurting, his face and chest covered in blood but TJ Alexander is not out of this yet! He had just better be careful that he doesn’t leave tonight never able to wrestle again.
Higgins: If TJ beats Caleb I don’t think he cares what happens next!
As Caleb goes to get up TJ manages to kick him in the gut and hit the ‘Crash Landing’ (Standing shiranui) sending him right back down to the mat. He then goes to pick him up and Irish whip him but Caleb manages to reverse him sending TJ in the corner. TJ however is ready and grabs the top rope jumping up and dodging Caleb as Caleb goes crashing through the turnbuckle and into the steel behind. He staggers out and TJ hits ‘The Game Changer’ (Superkick/Brainbuster) when Caleb hits the mat you can see the blood start to flow from him as well. ‘This is Awesome, and Let’s Go TJ’ Chants can be heard as the fans have not settled down this entire match.
Higgins: By god I think he has it! He has the momentum back, I think TJ Alexander has Caleb’s number!
Glass: Don’t be so sure, you may not like him but Caleb is an incredible champ and extremely resourceful he’s not done until the bell rings!
TJ signals for the end however as he drags the bloody Caleb up to his feet and puts him in position for the ‘Game Over’ (angel wings) as he hooks his arms and goes to lift him however some how Caleb breaks free and instead lifts him up, out of no where he reverses it into ‘Grave Plot’ (Alabama slam) burying his foe into the mat and stacking him up for the pin. The fans are dead silent for the first time as the ref counts

Charity Langston: Your winner and STILL FNC Global Champion Caleb Scott!!
Higgins: I can’t believe it! And neither can the fans here!
Glass: Well we are out of time and we have to go but see you next Combat!
The camera gets a image of Caleb Scott holding up his title with the dead silent audience heartbroken and in disbelief behind him as the logo flashes and the show goes off the air.
